Subject: Fundraiser Pageant for CMN @ Vanderbilt

Beach Spectacular Beauty Pageant
June 23rd 2007 10:00am.

Westside Elementary School, Lafayette Tn
All contestants will receive a trophy.
All Proceeds for Children’s Miracle Network @ Vanderbilt
Registration begins at 9:00am
Attire: Swimwear, Babies 11mths and under can wear rompers due to it's harder to find swimsuits., No Pageant dresses!!

Beauty Fee$20,
Optionals $5 each or All for $45.00 including beauty.

Optionals : Best dressed, photogenic, prettiest smile, personality, prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, most beautiful/handsome.

Age Divisions:
Girls: 0 -6mths, 7-12 months, 13-24mths, 25-35mths, 3-4yrs, 5-6yrs, 7-9yrs, 10-13yrs

Boys: 0-6mths,7-12mths ,13-23mths, 2-3 yrs, 4-6 yrs


Awards: Each division will award a King/Queen ,1st ,2nd, 3rd, and 4th runner up. Queen will receive a crown, sash, and trophy. King will recieve a medal, sash, trophy. Runners up and Optionals will receive a trophy.
