I have always loved "When I'm With You" but never really knew much about
Sheriff. I recently picked up a copy of a CD called "Monster Ballads" and the
song is the last track on it. This renewed my interest in the song. Now, it
just so happens that I will be getting married next year and my fiance and I
have been going crazy trying to come to an agreement on our wedding song. (I
guess you can see where this is going.) Anyway, I was listening to "When I'm
With You" the other day and realized how awesome the lyrics are. So, I played
it for her and she was convinced. "When I'm With You" is now officially our
wedding song.
Freddy, the DJ for my wedding told me that he didn't recall the song ever being used for any of the weddings he has worked at. Did you ever hear of it being used?
