Hi! I have the same problem as Jamie. I downloaded a program and then all of a sudden my handspring froze. By reading this message board, now I know that it crashed. Thing is I already tried soft resetting it, hard resetting it, and even system resetting it, but it still wont wont. The frozen screen just blinks a little but its still the same. When i was hard resetting it earlier it diiiid get better but when i did the hotsync it failed me again..now, when i try it the frozen screen just blinks..HOw can this be fixed? thanks
