I need help from an expert. Been using Palm OS devices for 4 years. First Handera 330, now I'm using a Palm T3.

Recently I attempted to download Adobe Reader and the Palm T3 crashed big time. I had to do a hard reset.

I went to the PalmOne web site and followed thier instructions to restore, by renaming the Backup file on my desktop. It still fatally crashed my Palm.

At this point I decided to relaod from my SD card since I use BackUpMan and backup every day.

Worked great and my T3 is now functioning, but I want to get back to hotsyning, but am afraid I'll have the same problem as before.

Any recommendations?
