Check out Palm's support site. From there you can download a PDF electronic version of the manual. For the IIIc go to http://www.palm.com/support/palm3c/ where you can download the handbook from the links at the bottom right side of the page under "More Support Options." Elsewhere on the site you can also order a hard copy of the handbook from the Palm Store.
