1. Tap the Applications Launcher button (looks like a house, on the left of the Graffiti area).
2. Tap the Menus button (underneath the Applications launcher; looks like a sheet of paper with a down arrow next to it)
3. Tap "Delete" which should appear on a dropdown menu on the top left of your Visor screen.
4. You should get an alphabetical list of all installed programs. Tap the program you want to delete to select it, then when it's highlighted, tap the Delete button on the bottom of your Visor screen.
5. Confirm that you really want to delete the program.
