I've replaced the batteries. But the screen simply isn't recognizing any strokes of the stylus. Can't get past the WELCOME/TAP ANYWHERE screen after a hard reset. Can't get past the first digitizer screen after a hard reset. Buttons make the appropriate sounds, but the Palm is waiting for a stylus response, so I can't access any of my data. Any suggestions?
