M125 Palms Version 4.01 The City has 30 Palms used for Building Inspt. We have had these Palms synching on Serial Cradles through Thin Star Workstations to Terminal Servers for 3 months now. We had problems in the beginning losing the 3rd party conduit. But just recently started having issues with users losing their desktop settings and the path to their userfolder. Also, getting error Invalid Configuration Terminating the Palm Desktop when trying to sign on to Palm software. Has anybody ever had any experience with this and do they know are their some hidden files we don't know about that need to be cleared to correct the configuration error. We know about the registry settings in the US Robotices Pilot Desktop. Called Palm they said reinstall the software.
