Dear Palm User,

We have developed and are planning to announce an exciting new accessory for
the Palm computing platform this fall. Prior to our launch, it is important
that we gather some information and statistics about Palm users.

We are asking you to participate in a short survey that should take less than 1
minute for you to complete. After we get our survey results, you will be
notified (if you wish) what the new accessory is.
