I have an older compaq pressario, Windows 98. It took a crash and to be reinstalled and numerous other issues addressed, now it is in good working order and do you think I can find the certificate number? Of course not. I called the 1-800RULegite number, hoping to get some kind of help, and they gave me another number, which is not working...can anybody PLEASE tell me how to get this number? It is not on the computer itself although the S/N number is there...Please help!
