Subject: Help hotsyncing Palm Titanium E and a Mac

Help! I have been a Palm owner (and loyalist) since I bought one of the first Vx handhelds, years ago. Since then, I've been overjoyed with the PDAs I've owned and the service -- until I recently tried to get tech assistance for my Palm Titanium E. I was told that there is probably corrupted data that is causing a problem doing a hot sync. Since my computers are Macs I cannot seem to find a tech support person to help me. I have waited (max 47 minutes) long periods to connect with tech support only to be told the person I reached does not support Mac. They usually suggested that I call back and start over, asking for a Mac trained tech person. Of course, you can guess what happens when I try that. I am looking for someone who is competent at both Palm and Mac (I am not technically saavy) who will help me -- either by phone or in person. I am willing to pay for this. I have most of my data backed up on a Mac PowerBook (OSX) right now but am deeply concerned that it will go the way of the data on my desktop at my office. My office number is 248-352-3333 and I will be in during work days over the holiday season. Any helpers or suggestions?
