Subject: Best Way to store large amount of document

 I have about 100 pages of new document each month. These materials are mostly text but also have graph/pictures. Many of such documents are in columns.

I try to scan it and store in the Palm. I like to locate the documnet by searching some key words. What will be the best software to use for this purpose?
