Well I just upgraded from a IIIxe to a Treo 600. My IIIxe is just sitting around, brand new condition. I have the cradle, and the folding keyboard for it as well. If I'm not mistaken, I may even still have the box and manuals. Just shoot me an email if that is what you're looking for.
