Two things to check:
Make sure your Hotsync Manager on the Palm is set to sync the calendar. Go into Hotsync on the Palm and from the options menu select Conduit Setup. Ensure that the checkbox next to Date Book is checked.

What version of Exchange are you using? Are you talking about Exchange Server using Outlook, or the Exchange email program that Outlook replaced?
