Dataviz released a new version of Documents to Go that supports PDF (PDF To Go, how original) a couple of months ago. It supports some things, not others (it hates inline graphics, as an example).

Pumatech makes a browser called Browse-it that I've used a little bit. It's nice because it renders rather than clips. I'm not a big fan of web surfing on handhelds, though, so that's about the extent of my knowledge.
