With the fall back this group is more like a 2.75 yrs to 3.5 yrs age group bc of the big fallback. These kids at the younger side should be getting ready to start competing in the 3's anyway. (NT) -- Anonymous, 12:08:18 10/07/07 Sun

  - WITHOUT FALLBACKS, everyone would compete differently, which means that kids that are really 3 would compete at certain pageants when they are 3, same for kids who are 9 and make the fallback in the 4-8, etc. b/c of fallbacks, it will make others wait until the next year to compete when they fall back. so either way it goes, you would have to face them, EITHER A YEAR BEFORE OR THE NEXT.
