“大嶼山坑尾村在上星期六，因為大雨令到河道的水沖上地面，好像居民黎先生的貨車，當時的水來到車子位置，令車內的物件全部濕透，需要自行清理。從事裝修業的黎先生，近兩天都忙於清理他的開工用品，他表示，政府從來沒有與他們接觸，所有清理工夫都靠自己，為了加快進度，需要請人打理：「（官員有沒有與你們談過？）甚麼也沒有。（有沒有希望做甚麼去幫你們？）很難，沒有辦法，天大地大，自然的災害。」”

黑雨天災, 政府要負責替被浸的私人貨Van洗車的嗎? 物主為何買保險? 奇怪? ATV記者巫凱宜如此報導居心是何? ATV編輯想煽情? 想誤導市民?

咪估官僚會白做! 政府無無謂加開什麼政治助理都年燒幾千萬公帑; 若加開洗車隊咪每年另燒幾億公帑! ATV記者巫凱宜咪害市民加稅!
