Subject: 母女買樓同享優惠　陳方安生捲入貪腐疑案

傳媒昨晚亦收到一名自稱為“一個銀行小職員”的市民的匿名信件，信件除質疑陳方安生本人獲得十成按揭之外，更指其女兒陳慧玲，於同年亦以高達9成1的按揭優惠，購買天后廟道一個豪宅單位。陳太競選辦公室發言人就此接受查詢時表示，沒有進一步的回應，亦不會就陳太女兒之事作出回應。

　　該市民在匿名信中指，自己亦有參加“撐傘行動”，並因陳太的“恤髮事件”而對她感到非常失望。看到《信報》一篇文章，令他想起90年代陳太曾向恆生借了十成按揭購買豪宅之事，翻查田土廳記錄後，發現陳方安生購買玫瑰新邨的成交記錄，以及按揭契，細看之後發現陳方安生當年用公司名義買樓，也不用個人擔保，只是以一個物業按揭借足十成樓價780萬元。他在信中質疑：哪有另一個物業一起抵押呢？

　　陳女當年疑以9成1按揭購豪宅

　　該市民又指，陳方安生的女兒陳慧玲，亦同在93年於天后廟道以493萬元，購入一個豪宅單位，並向永隆銀行借了450萬元，按揭成數高達9成1。他指出，在那個7成按揭年代，若非借母親的身份，以一間26年樓齡的舊樓單位，根本拿不到9成1的超高按揭成數。
