Subject: 陳太女兒陳慧玲，亦涉獲銀行超高按揭

昨日，接獲署名「銀行小職員」市民的電郵，指陳太女兒陳慧玲，亦涉獲銀行超高按揭。土地註冊處資料顯示，陳慧玲及丈夫於九三年六月以四百九十三萬元，向余杏蘭（譯音）購入北角天后廟道翠巒閣一個中層單位連車位，三個月後獲永隆銀行提供四百五十萬元貸款，即九成一按揭。　

　　　 「銀行小職員」質疑，陳慧玲如何以一個樓齡廿六年的單位，卻得到九成一按揭，電郵提供了一張當年的交易資料，顯示有關按揭合約是由陳太兄長方曼生的律師行負責。

　　 現時該一千九百方呎單位仍由陳慧玲持有，市值約一千五百二十萬元。
