e-zone網上公開22人電郵電話

【明報專訊】電腦雜誌《e-zone》最近舉行公眾投票抽獎遊戲，疑不慎在網上公開了22名得獎者的個人資料，包括全名、電話及電郵地址，涉嫌侵犯私隱。有得獎者回應時形容事件嚴重，打算向雜誌投訴，私隱專員公署亦關注及準備跟進事件，署方並批評雜誌涉嫌過分披露得獎者個人資料。

雖然該雜誌已自行把泄私隱的網頁刪除，但因該網頁資料已被Google搜尋器「複製」，導致得獎者的個人私隱至昨晚仍可繼續被網民搜尋及下載。私隱署再促請抽獎主辦者小心處理參加者的個人資料。

e-zone﹕未知原因 已刪網頁

e-zone回應時表示，暫未查出何以會把私隱資料上網，但會檢討避免再次發生類似事件，他們前日得悉事件後已刪除有關網頁，並已聯絡Google，希望對方把已複製的資料刪除。

e-zone電腦雜誌近日舉行「e-brand Awards」有獎公眾投票遊戲，其中22名參加者獲得100至3000元不等的超市購物券作獎品。

事主不滿 稱考慮投訴

但該雜誌在網站公開得獎者全名時，卻同時公開了得獎者聯絡電話及電郵地址，引起網民批評。

讀者劉先生向本報投訴，指作為一本電腦雜誌卻對網上保安問題忽視，令網上個人資料問題再次響起警號。

私隱署指過分披露資料

記者根據網頁資料以電郵聯絡22名得獎者，有5人回覆並證實被泄露的電話號碼及電郵確是他們的，5人全部不滿雜誌泄露其個人資料，其中二人認為事件嚴重，並稱會考慮向雜誌投訴。

私隱專員公署稱，電話號碼屬重要個人資料，雜誌在網上公布得獎者名單時根本毋須這樣過分披露個人資料。她關注被披露的電話及電郵地址可能被他人作促銷或其他用途，對受害人造成滋擾或不便。故私隱署會考慮跟進事件，要求對方改正錯誤，若對方不聽從，署方不排出會採取進一步行動，如發出「執行通知書」。
