As I understand it, TDOT was putting in access road for the industrial park and found a site.They determiined it was native and put it into the section 106 process.It has also been determined that the whole industiral park site is native but to what extent or what exactly is involved isn't known.I was told that they were to stop all construction and remove the equipment from the site, which hasn't been done.I have been by there several times this week and observed earth removing equipment at work onsite and notified the proper authorities but they continue to work onsite.More alarming is that the federal nations have not been notified of this desecration. Another blatant attempt by Tennessee to remove a site without due process? Please distribute this far and wide and help us stop this destruction of a native site.
