WOW WHAT A DAY> Thanls to Allisson for setting this up and for all the LMU AND LMGP Girls that attentened. We had a blast. We plan on making it an annual event and maybe adding a Memorial Day Pageant to go along with it.
If you are selling Pizzas the deadline is June 3rd. I must have the money and orders in hand. You can keep 5.00 for every kit you sell .
The June 14th Pageant will be rescheduled as that is the first day of NC Cinderella and I am looking at
having the pageant on June 30th It will be a $10.00 Pageant admission for every one, LMU AND LMGP may not compete however they may compete in the fund rasing and referral system, So Far Jordon Smith is leading the pack for referrals for the year. Great Job Jordon Smith.All contestants will be required to submit a letter to the soliders in the armed forces showing their support for them and a shoe box full of goodies and or much need thing thay our guys want and need. There will be one overall winner who raises the most good luck wishes. This money will go to the AER ( ARMY EMENGERCY RELEIF) where families who have soliders overseas can go to for help. More details will be forthcomming, attire will be red, white and blue. The winners will be invited to ride in the Oakboro Parade on the 4th of July.
We will also be visiting Ryans On Sunday July 8th . We will start with the breakfast crowd and work throught the lunch crowd. If you want to showcase your talent please have it prepared, dancers we do have a limited space. The donations received will go to various agencies in Stanly Vounty such as the The Womens Abuse Shelter, Christian Ministeries and The Baptist Nursing Home. If you have a Ryans or another large resturant or bussiness in your area that would let us come in and do this also please let me know and I will get in contact with the mangeer.
