Hi everyone!

I have to start out by saying THANK YOU to all the girls and their parents who came out, braved the biggest snowflakes I've seen in a long time, and participated in the annual Celebrate Freedom Pageant. We had a great turnout and crowned some beautiful new queens. We also want to thank our judges who came out to support this event. They were, Mayor Copeland - Mayor of McDonough, Adam Stamfield (President, Henry County Rotary), Nancy Phillips (SHARE Initiative Director, Shepherd Center), and the reigning Miss Georgia - Chasity Hardman. We have so many people to thank - and it would take a long time to list them all - thanks to family and friends, co-directors, AirTran Airways, Studio Prime Time, American Legion, Henry County Performing Arts Center, FLG Trophies, Ruby Images, and ABCreations Embroidery. Our new queens are:

Baby Miss - McKenzie Omaya Pitts
Tiny Miss - Taylor Scott
Toddler Miss - Emma Grace Blanford
Little Miss - Madelynn McKinney
Junior Miss - Jesslyn Taylor
PreTeen Miss - Mycaela Bryant
Teen Miss - Brittney Smith
Mrs - Megan Seaton
Senior Miss - Jennifer Venegas

Overall Most Photogenic - Karleigh Stewart
Young Miss Patriotic - McKenzie Staton
Miss Liberty - Emily O'Neill

People's Choice Award: Anna Houghton
Megan Seaton
Emily O'Neill

We also want to thank our 2007-2008 Queens and their parents. As seen in the Year In Pictures video - our queens were very busy in our first year and hope each of you will continue to use your crown to continue to serve our servicemembers and their families. We look forward to working with our new queens and hope to make your year just as rewarding and enjoyable.

Thank you again to everyone - especially my family, Colonel John Lenk, sons Trevor and Josh, and co-founder, Courtney. Love you guys!
