You must enter Beauty, Most Beautiful/Handsome,

Best Fashion & Photogenic to qualify for the Overall titles.

10 DIVISIONAL WINNERS

Christmas Attire or Sunday best/Pageant dress attire

This will be the Only Regional/Preliminary Pageant to qualify for FEES OFF STATE FINALS
