EVENT: 2008 AMERICA'S MISS MARYLAND PAGEANT
DATE: Saturday, August 18, 2007
LOCATION: Patapsco High School Center for the Arts - Baltimore, Maryland
DIVISIONS: Teens (13-18), Miss (19-26)

State Winners will receive:

$300 Scholarship
Official America’s Miss Crown & Sash
Engraved America’s Miss Trophy
Entry fee paid to 2008 National Pageant
VIP Day of fun at Walt Disney World
Professional Photo Session
Bouquet of Flowers
Travel and Appearance Opportunities

The low Entry Fee of $25.00. assures that every qualified Maryland resident can afford to participate. With the exception that all contestants must sell 2 tickets ($20.00 ea.) to the Maryland Pageant, there are no other fees required to compete. Due to space limitations, only a limited number of contestants may compete in the Maryland Pageant.

Contestants compete in:

Personal Interview
Fitness Wear
Formal Wear

Top 5 will have an on stage question. Question will be appropriate for a teen or miss.

A winner will be selected in two (2) age divisions: Teen (13-18), and Miss (19-26). (You must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 26 on August 1, 2008 to compete.)

The winners will compete in the 2008 National Pageant at the Caribe Royale Orlando All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, July 13-19, 2008. There she will have the opportunity to win over $5,000 in cash and scholarships, spend an exciting week in Orlando, a VIP day in Walt Disney World and the opportunity to be crowned America’s Miss 2008 or America’s Miss Teen 2008.
