Hi Rita -

A while back, you had given me some tips on how to French inhale (see the post below). I tried it a couple of times, but I didn't like the after-smell in my nostrils that I couldn't get to go away.

Well, I'm happy to say that I found a remedy that I want to share here. I squeeze a whole lemon into a mug of boiling water and inhale it for a couple of minutes after I French inhale, and the bad smell goes away - kind of like it's been neutralized.

So, I now have been practicing French inhales for about a week, and I've got the technique nailed down. It looks great. Thanks, Rita!!
