So I have been smoking around 4 cigarettes a day (on weekdays) for the past month. And on those weekdays, I smoke them between about 9am and 2pm. On weekends, I usually smoke to close a half a pack during the whole day. When I do smoke on the weekends though, seeing that I smoke that much, I dont seem to have any "cravings", i kind of just smoke when I want, not really when my mind is telling me to smoke. I dont really ever seem to have cravings or if I do, strong ones. Sometimes when I cant smoke, I'll randomly think about going out to smoke, but I dont feel like I need to smoke or get all anxious because I dont smoke. Like this weekend, I havent been able to smoke because Im home, and Ive found myself thinking about and maybe wanting to smoke, but I havent gotten anxious or anything cuz i didnt smoke. So my question is, why havent i experienced any "strong" cravings? Or if I have, I dont I havent really noticed, so maybe you could describe kinda what theyre like. Also, smoking regularly now, I dont really care about getting hooked becuase it just seems to be a daily habit, so its no big deal anymore if i was to get hooked since I'm just used to doing it every day. Thanks!
