Hi Rita,
I guess body chemistry could have something to do with it, but you also seem very confident and relaxed and I am sure that has something to do with being able to keep on top of things, and still really enjoy smoking still. I also noted that you exercise, and that cannot hurt either. I am pretty active, and will continue to be that way as I continue with smoking, which is what I would like to do.
