On July 1, 2008, Joshua was diagnosed with
Stage 4 Neuroblastoma cancer at the age of 4.

The cost of entering/donating toward this title is $15
and anyone may enter and donate.
This may be done at the pageant.

The winner will receive a large crown, title sash and
plaque. This is a �spirit award� and
effects the pageant in no other way.
