Subject: Apartment for Rent

2 Bedroom in a 2 family home on the second floor. Living room, dinning room, eatin kitchen with a pantry, and a small porch/balcony off the kitchen. Washer and Dryer and Fridge in the apartment. Utilities not included. Cable in every room. Heat and hotwater is gas. The furnace has just been replaced. Replacement windows in every room. An enclosed entry way and off street parking. Driveway is plowed. Within a mile or less of 495 and 290. 10 miles or so to the mass pike.
