Summer rental - Close to beach - Drakes Island, ME

3-bedroom home (two with queen bed, one with twin beds) on quiet street.
Short walk (200 yds) to beautiful beach.
Enclosed porch with ocean view.
Deck w/gas grill.
Kitchen stocked with glasses/dishes/silverware/pots and pans.
Full-size refrigerator/gas stove/microwave/disposal.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub).
Washer/dryer.
Two cable TVs w/DVD/VHS player.
Telephone (local calls only � no long distance service).
Central air conditioning (and heat, but you shouldn�t need it!).
4-car driveway.
Bed linens/towels provided.
Walking distance to children�s playground.
1 mile from Rte. 1 � close to many restaurants and shops.
20 minutes north of Ogunquit, 20 minutes south of Kennebunkport.
1 � hours from Boston.

*** No smoking / no pets allowed ***
*** 6 person maximum***

July -August: $2200.00 per week.
June and September: $1800.00 per week.
(Saturday, check in at 2:00pm to Saturday, check out at 10:00am).

50% deposit due at time of reservation.
Balance (plus $200.00 security deposit) due two weeks prior to arrival date.
