Your right. That is hard to do without losing a ton of money. I don't know the answer for that other than taking deposits for a certain date and if you don't get them cancel right away. The moms make it hard when they wait till the last minute to enter. A director dosen't know what to do. No one wants to lose that much money. The bigger pageants can because they know they will have enough contestants in. Some new director wanting to put on a good pageant system can't depend on them and that is why they are stuck with the pageants they have now and complaining all the time about it, but still go hoping this will be their year, Right? -- PARENTS FOR FAIR PAGEANTS CLUB
