Subject: Need advice on what to do.

My child won a free supreme entry into a National and it did not say wither it was a boy package or a girl package and now the director is refusing to honor this package as a supreme package saying that my child can only compete their gender because there is so few of that gender. The highest title that my child could win would be a divisional. I know I did not pay for the pageant but I did pay for the photo contest and this was their prize. How do I handle this?
