Subject: We understand what your saying, but I think it would depend on how expensive the entry fees are. Some are very reasonable and some are over the top and so it would depend on the pageant. I mean they could let you in free and raise the entry fee to make up for it anyway.
In reply to: 's message, "I am the original poster, first let me say one thing, my child is ALWAYS monitored. She has never damaged a stage or any decorations. So let's not imply that "my dd" has been allowed to run around with total disregard for everyone else. Now, as far as focusing on the positives, I thought this board was here for us to mention things we would like to change. I think it should be a "rule" that we get a door badge with registration. Personally, I don't think that's too much to ask. I don't care if it's always been that way. It's wrong. I have not problem paying for her grandmother, daddy and siblings. But, come on, charging me for taking my 3 year old into the ballroom......It's just wrong. Sorry if it's not a positive comment, but I think it's something that needs to be changed." on 19:12:13 10/20/07 Sat

[> [> It sounds like you always watch what your child is doing, but I have seen some very destructive children in those ballrooms that the parents don't care. Thats why I think they should keep a staff member in the ballroom for pratice. -- Anonymous, 19:27:01 10/20/07 Sat [1]
