Subject: I agree but you'd have to have the pageant director "define" "Glitz" for their system THEN have the director or staff member CHECK each dress a child is going to wear! There are already staffing issues for many pageants. Good idea but how do you propose it be done professionaly and properly?

there should be an automatic 1-5 10ths of a point taken off for a glitz dress in a non glitz pageant, depending on the amount of glitz the dress has. If a pageant is glitz, it`s glitz, but if it states non glitz, then everyone should comply.
