Subject: Here is a pageant that complies with every rule that is listed with the exception of one.

Sunshine Productions (natural) complies with all of them with the exception of one. I do not give out scores sheets at the pageant for two reasons. I have given them out before, but I had a few moms to change their scores and then call me and say I added wrong. I didn't have a copy to prove them wrong, so I refunded their money. I knew what they had done because when the mailed the scores sheets back to me nothing was initialed. My judges always initial if there are mistakes and they have to change a score. My judges score the child while they are on stage and never get the score sheets back. They go straight to the auditor. So they can't change them after they have turned them in. My auditors always check to make sure they are initialed if they make a change while the child is on stage. Also, I showed the master score sheet at one pageant. I had so many moms mad because they didn't want other moms to see their daughters scores. I will tell a mom how close they were to placing or supreming. But, I do not show the master. Numbers 2-8 I always comply with. Would have it no other way.

I never pro-rate. I don't care how many numbers I have. As far as some of the other suggestions. The only pageant that I have a registration fee is Nationals. I must do that. But each contestant receives a full round crown, 2 foot trophy, sash, one parent admission, program book, ticket for banquet and party for the contestant and at least three very nice gifts from the gift table. They get a gift everytime they walk off the stage.

My fees include supreme and grand supreme. I do not make them pay extra or enter extra categories to be included in supreme. I give two qeens in each age division, plus two supremes and one grand supreme.

But the most important thing is I DO NOT MAKE DEALS WITH VENDORS (h/m, coaches, etc.) of any sort. Never have and never will!

Back when they used to use duplicate copies for judging. They gave the duplicate copy to the contestant and kept the original just for proof. Either way its just a idea for you. I have a California Director. Would love a director in every state but California and Tennessee. State directors do not have to buy trophy and crown kits from headquarters and you get 100% of your profits.
