NATIONAL MOVEMENT IN THE MAKING; JOIN THE BANDWAGON NOW!

Four additional Pennsylvania city councils have passed
resolutions in support of the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act
bringing the total of Pennsylvania city councils which have
passed such resolutions to seven. The newest city councils are
those of Erie, West Mifflin, Berwick, and Monessen. They join
three others: New Castle, Johnstown, and Ellwood. The City Clerk
of the city of Scranton, Pa. has also sent us a letter on behalf
of the City Council affirming its support. Several others are in
the works. Also, mayor of the District Heights, Maryland
introduced a resolution into the Commission of District Heights.
In discussions today with the Intelligence staff and LYM
editorial and the Warroom, Lyn stressed that we now have a
national movement in the making and that we must approach all of
our organizing on a synchronized basis in order to compound our
effect to make the necessary breakthrough. This applies not only
to the organizing inside the United States, but he also developed
how we should approach the organizing in Mexico from this same
standpoint. There are no local solutions. Nor should there be any
events which are not synchronized nationally and internationally.
Lyn developed this organizing perspective in response to
questions which were posed to him regarding a planned event in
Detroit and a cadre school in Mexico. He emphasized that we have
to create a nationwide and even international synchronized set of
events in various parts of the country and have them reinforce
one another. You have what has happened in Pennsylvania already.
You show a process. We are getting a landslide started. You have
to give the population a sense of this. Play the fact that we
have activities going on at various points around the country.
And synchronize activities. In that way you will not substitute
the event for raising income and will not have an income raising
effort getting in the way of the impact of the mass organizing.
The point is to synchronize and augment these organizing drives
by compounding them. Make sure that our events are synchronized
and presented during the course of the events as ongoing. You
want to convey the sense of a landslide which is building up.
Rather than try to build on a local issue and pound on a local
issue, which will fail, build up the organizing on the basis of a
national movement in the process, in the making. Join the
bandwagon now. That is where you will get the result. And we
should synchronize our efforts in various parts of the country to
create that effect.
The key thing is the field deployment. That is where we have
not had the emphasis. The national center has had too much of a
focus on event driven success. We must have a coordinated effort
where there is interaction. And you have to cause the interaction
to occur.
Moving people around as a way to boost an event will not
have a net positive development. We have to take everything we
are doing and have it focus on the question of the HBPA.
In the case of Mexico, the obvious focus is on the Phlino.
We should have the Phlino in there, not as a separate Mexican
event. But have it in there as an expression of yes here is the
way the problem is hitting us. What is hitting people in Mexico
is the U.S. situation. There are no Mexican solutions. There is
no such thing as a specifically Mexican solution to the current
Mexican problems. It is a mistake and will tend to demoralize
people, if you try to push that way, because people in Mexico
either already know that or will soon discover it. A Mexico
initiative will not work. It can't work by the nature of the
situation.
So what we have to do is go the other way. What we have to
do is to take every place, which is having a event and find the
logic by which we can connect all of the events in North American
and in the Americas under a single cover.
What are we fighting against? We are dealing with the
greatest financial crisis in all modern history. It is coming on
now. Any plan and scheme you have now to help one part of the
world will not work because you are dealing with the biggest
crisis in modern history. There is no Mexican solution to the
Mexican problem it does not exist and will not exist. There are
projects in Mexico which are necessary, but they will never
happen unless the change in the U.S. occurs. And therefore to
presume that you can have a special program for Mexico, which is
parallel to the U.S., which will work, is wrong. It will not
work. The problem is that our people are trying to find
individual projects in various area, but they will not work.
There is no way.
If the U.S. moves, then what can happen with the Phlino will
become an important factor. What the Phlino represents as a
mobilization is an important factor on the people of the U.S.. We
probably have almost more Mexicans inside the U.S. right now than
in Mexico.
There is no hope for Mexico without a solution to the U.S.
probleem. There is no program, which will work in Mexico without
a solution to the U.S. problem. And there is no way of winning
except by integrating the struggle we are involved with in the
U.S. with the struggle in Mexico. So you have to make the Mexico
policy also a policy in the U.S. Othewise the Mexico policy won't
work.
To say we want to have a special Mexican policy may sound
fine, but you end up with zero. And you play into the hands of
the enemy, because you have wasted your effort on something which
won't work. And the way you can make it work is by hitting the
area where the two things coincide. That is how you build up
resources, not by single issues.
We have to connect the relevance of the issue in Mexico to
the relevance of the situaiton inside the U.S. and play that, so
it has an impact on both sides of the border.

The events must not be SIMPLY identified as either a "social
phenomenon," or as "not a social phenomenon." The issue is: "What
kind of a social phenomenon?" Are we employing the term "social
phenomenon" in the sense of a mechanical-statistical effect; or,
are we referring to an explicitly "dynamic" process. Emile
Durkheim's book "Suicide" emphasizes what is fairly,
approximately regarded as a dynamic, rather than a
mechanistic-statistic process.

The wave of killer-game events is a directed form of dynamic
social process, rather than of statistically significant
coincidences.

In Europe and the USA. most notably, the wave of
killer-game-players' mass-murder/suicide events is willfully
generated by the combination of orchestrated sociological
processes, such as Myspace and Facebook, with killer games. The
result is a trans-Atlantic simulation of the same kind of
mass-terrorist operations with which we are familiar from
asymmetric warfare patterns in Southwest Asia.

The British know this fact, and are taking measures to
attempt to control the effect, such that the British come out
marginally less damaged than their continental neighbors or the
USA. German security services obviously understand the problem,
and have shown signs of taking appropriate precautions.

To understand this, you must combine the work of the
decendants of Britain's Brigadier John Rawlings Rees with the
"revolution in military affairs" prescribed by the trio of
Aleister Crowley, Bertrand Russell, H. G. Wells (e.g., "The Shape
of Things to Come,") and their followers in the Huxley-Orwell
strain.

Terrorism, in both Southwest Asia and now in the
Trans-Atlantic domain, is an orchestrated social phenomenon.

As I have emphasized on this matter earlier, the key to
understanding the social process through which these forms of
terrorism are orchestrated, is typified by attention to the
interdependency of the specifics of both, on the one side, the
Myspace/Facebook types of organizations, and the killer games
syndrome. Called it "socialized anomie." The "my friends"
syndrome, in this case, as in the Nazi Nuremberg rally,
substitues group-think for real society, producing a type
directly contrary to all customary militantly political
activists. The normal political activist seeks to integrate
society through dialogue; the pathological type, such as Myspace,
Facebook, and computer killer games "desensitize" the victim's
engagement with the parts of society with with he or she may
disagree. E.g.,"outreach" in the form of a dialogue aimed toward
a broad common understanding, whereas the desocialized groups
such as Myspace and Facebook, seek to destroy, rather than
persuade. The worst among the religious "fundamentalists"
converge upon the sociology of both the Ku Klux Klan lynch and
the killer-terrorist syndrome, albeit in different forms of
expression.

In 1960, I wrote a critique of the relevant work of Emile
Durkheim et al. (a copy of which might turn up somewhere), which
addresses Durkheim's thesis from my standpoint of Riemannian
dynamics, tracing a case in European culture which can be
precisely located in the relevant evidence from early lower
Mesopotamia from about the 4th Century B.C. The
Sumerian-Akkaddian, "bow tenure" models of organization which I
examined from the vantage-point of my work in the field of
Riemann dynamic models of physical-social organization and the
influence of their specifically Semitic sequels, was my principal
point of reference. I concluded, by the close ofthe 1950s, that
the general use of the idea of "class" must be put aside, to
focus on the more significant "sociological category," the
socio-dynamic, physical-economic notion of caste.

The exact opposite of Rupert Murdoch's and Microsoft's
social groups is the principle of agape, that of the 1648 Peace
of Westphalia.

OVERLOOKED AFTER THE FINLAND SHOOTING: THE ROLE OF DYNAMICS
INCREASE DECREASE

Nov. 21, 2007 (LPAC)--Fragmentary reports emanating from European
news sources covering the statistically-related events which have
followed the school shooting in Finland, clearly avoid the most
important issue. So far, what every other leading report on the
Finland shooting and its allegedly related incidents fails to
indicate, is the role of dynamics. By this omission, the readers
of these reports are left to connect statistical discretes to
form a meaningless picture, which corresponds in no way with the
overview needed to actually address the issue. From the
standpoint of dynamics, we might return to these incidents with a
competent treatment. This approach has already been initiated by
the LYM in the upcoming pamphlet Is The Devil in Your Laptop?
German authorities are already beginning to respond to this
terrorist operation.
To understand specifically what kind of social phenomenon is
represented by the terrorist actions of killer-game addicts,
Lyndon LaRouche has emphasized the dynamic approach taken by
Emile Durkheim, in his book, {Suicide}. The following excerpt,
taken from {Suicide}, summarizes the issue for our purpose here:
"On the pretext of giving the science sociology a more solid
foundation by establishing it upon the psychological constitution
of the individual, it is ... robbed of the only object proper to
it. It is not realized that there can be no sociology unless
societies exist, and that societies cannot exist if there are
only individuals."
Durkheim compared the number of total voluntary deaths
(suicides) of a given society, to the population of every age and
sex, and found that this ratio tends to remain constant for long
periods. Furthermore, its variability was less than that of
general mortality. This supported Durkheim's location of the
cause of this particular kind of suicide in society, rather than
in the individual:
"It is not true, then, that human activity can be released
from all restraint. Nothing in the world can enjoy such a
privilege. All existence being a part of the universe is relative
to the remainder. Man's characteristic privilege is that the bond
he accepts is not physical but moral; that is, social. He is
governed not by a material environment brutally imposed on him,
but by a conscience superior to his own, the superiority of which
he feels. Because the greater, better part of his existence
transcends the body, he escapes the bodys yoke, but is subject to
that of society.
"But when society is disturbed by some painful crisis or by
beneficent but abrupt transitions, it is momentarily incapable of
exercising this influence; thence come the sudden rises in the
curve of suicides which we have pointed out.
In the case of economic disasters, indeed, something like a
declassification occurs which suddenly casts certain individuals
into a lower state than their previous one. Then they must reduce
their requirements, restrain their needs, learn greater
self-control. All the advantages of social influence are lost. So
far as they are concerned, their moral education has to be
recommenced. But society cannot adjust them instantaneously to
this new life and teach them to practice the increased
self-repression to which they are unaccustomed. So they are not
adjusted to the condition forced on them, and its very prospect
is intolerable; hence the suffering which detaches them from a
reduced existence even before they have made trial of it."
Durkheim wrote {Suicide} in 1897. From this starting point,
the dynamics of the current operation can be properly situated,
as that which is behind the scenes in the current efforts of the
British Empire to control human populations, like cattle. These
efforts were given a large boost, in the recent period, by
Britain's Brigadier John Rawlings Rees. His work added the
necessary sociological aspect to the Revolution in Military
Affairs initiated by Aleister Crowley, Bertrand Russell, and H.G.
Wells, and their lunatic followers, such as Samuel P. Huntington,
Vice President Dick Cheney, and Nancy Pelosi's Pinochet-fascist
screwer, Felix Rohatyn.
Historical case studies will be forthcoming, to provide the
reader with material to adequately understand this extremely
important issue. What is being unleashed upon the West, today, is
no different from the standpoint of dynamics, than the
phenomenon of the suicide bomber of Southwest Asia, and numerous
other forms of British sociological control. The upcoming

the currently active Murdoch and Microsoft-related operations,

"FOURTH MAN" ARRESTED IN PERUGIA CASE

Nov. 21, 2007 -- The German police have arrested the "fourth man"
in the Perugia case, 21-year-old Ivorian named Rudy Hermann
Guede. Guede was on a train apparently on his way back to Italy,
after having been found by Italian police in Duesseldorf, and
convinced, through the help of Guede's friends, to come back to
Italy and surrender to police authorities. Guede was found
without a ticket in a routine control of the German railway
police by Boppard, and delivered to police in Mainz. Since a
European warrant had been issued, it is expected that Guede will
be shortly extradited to Italy.
Guede's fingerprints have been found on the blood-stained
cushion of Meredith Kercher, the British student murdered in
Perugia Nov. 1. The central figure in the Perugia case, Amanda
Knox, had covered Guede by accusing a black musician who has now
been released.
Guede had posted a YouTube video earlier this year, in which
he says, "I am a vampire, I want to suck your blood," making
faces and rude noises like a 4-year-old. However, this was his
first and only post on the internet. Police found him through
collaboration of his friends, to whom he confessed in a Skype
conversation that he was in Duesseldorf. Eventually, Guede agreed
to talk, on Skype, directly with a police officer who convinced
him to come back to Italy. [ccc]

17 YEAR OLD MYSPACE "ANGEL OF DEATH" KILLS HER MOTHER

Nov. 21, 2007 (LPAC)--Judy Maxwell was found stabbed to death in
her Wilmington, N.C. living-room last Saturday. Police have
charged her 17 year old daughter, Andrea Maxwell, and her
boyfriend, Joe Coleman, with felony murder. Rupert Murdoch's
MySpace helped nurture the killer. Andrea was known by the
MySpace name, "Prophet of Samael" in honor of the Angel of Death.
On her MySpace page, she lists her interests as "violence,
morbidity, death, and destruction." Andrea, a High School honor
student, and her boyfriend, according to Fox News, were playing
video games when they went downstairs and stabbed Andrea's mother
to death. When relatives found the body, the two were still
upstairs playing video games. According to her brother, Andrea
was mad because her parents had forbid Joe from coming to their

SYRIA BANS FACEBOOK

Nov. 21, 2007 -- After having blocked many Facebook accounts in
the last month, the Syrian Arab Republic banned the Microsoft
"social networking site" last week, reports Lebanonwire. Users
who are connected to the many "human rights" NGOs in the region
are screaming that their rights to freedom of expression are
being curtailed by the ban, but in fact many Facebook subscribers
have been detained or arrested in the last year after having
called for regime change against Syria's President Bashir al
Assad.
A source in the region, who has been studying the LaRouche
Youth Movement's expose of the blogosphere, told EIR shortly
before the ban, "At first I thought it ridiculous that the
conspirators would advertise their conspiracy on public sites.
The police would find out what their plans were and detain and
jail them. Then I realized that this was just the point. They
would get themselves arrested for planning to overthrow the
government and then scream that they were victems of human rights
abuse. It reminds me of the Joseph Conrad book about an anarchist
agent provocateur controlled by British Intelligence." (nco)

FOUR MORE CITIES IN PENNSYLVANIA ENDORSE HBPA

Nov. 21, 2007 (LPAC)--Four more cities in Pennsylvania, Erie,
Berwick, West Mifflin, and Monessen, passed resolutions
yesterday, endorsing Lyndon LaRouche's Homeowners and Bank
Protection Act, along with Pennsylvania House Resolution 418,
which calls on Pennsylvania's Congressional delegation to
introduce the HBPA into the Congress. They join three other
Pennsylvania cities -- New Castle, Johnstown and Ellwood City --
which have already endorsed the HBPA. The texts of the Erie and
Monessen resolutions are identical to the New Castle resolution,
except for the last two paragraphs:

These are the first three paragraphs of the New Castle
resolution:

WHEREAS Pennsylvania House Resolution 418 is a bipartisan
resolution introduced October 2, 2007 to the Pennsylvania House
of Representatives, which calls on the U.S. Congress to take
emergency action to protect homeowners and banks by enacting a
Homeowners and Banks Protection Act; and
WHEREAS said Act would establish a Federal agency to place
Federal and State chartered banks under protection, freezing all
existing home mortgages for a period of time, adjusting mortgage
values to fair prices, restructuring existing mortgages at
appropriate interest rates and writing off speculative debt
obligations of mortgage-backed securities, financial derivatives,
and other forms of financial pyramid schemes that have brought
the banking system to the point of bankruptcy; and
WHEREAS said Act would also declare a moratorium on all home
foreclosures for the duration of the transitional period,
allowing families to retain their homes and authorize governors
of several states to assume the administrative responsibilities
for implementing the program; and

These are the last two paragraphs of the Erie resolution:

WHEREAS, said Act would benefit the citizens of Erie and protect
their assets during this period of financial unrest that is
leading to home foreclosures in record numbers; so
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA, that the Erie City Council and the
Administration urges our Federal Officials to support the
measures suggested in Pennsylvania House Resolution 418.

These are the last two paragraphs of the City of Monessen
resolution:

WHEREAS, said Act would benefit the citizens of Monessen and
protect their assets during this period of financial unrest that
is leading to home foreclosures in record numbers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Monessen, Pennsylvania, that the City of Monessen Council and the
Administration urges our Federal Officials to support the
measures suggested in Pennsylvania House Resolution 418.

ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 2007.

MARYLAND MAYOR ADVANCES HOMEOWNERS AND BANK PROTECTION ACT

Nov. 20, 2007 (LPAC)--District Heights, Maryland Mayor James
Walls introduced a resolution to have the District Heights City
Commission join a rapidly growing list of cities asking Congress
to pass the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act, proposed by the
Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee. The resolution
"Urging a Moratorium on Home Foreclosures and Congressional
Enactment of a Homeowners and Bank Protection Act, says:
WHEREAS, a financial crisis involving home mortgages,
debt instruments and the United States banking system
threatens economic stability; and
WHEREAS, the financial crisis threatens the integrity
of Federal and chartered banks such that consumer deposits
and life savings are jeopardized; and....
WHEREAS, millions of Americans and thousands of
Maryland residents are facing foreclosures on their homes;
and
WHEREAS, historically the Federal government has
intervened to protect financial institutions and home
ownership and to provide guarantees of social and economic
stability; and....
WHEREAS, the citizens of the City of District
Heights, understand the connection and elect local leaders
with certain expectations regarding the service they will
provide and the role they will play in their lives;....
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and
Commission of the City of District Heights call upon The
United States Congress to take emergency action to protect
homeowners by enacting a Homeowners and Banks Protection
Act specifically to:
(1) Establish a Federal agency to place Federal and
State chartered banks under protection, freezing all
existing home mortgages for a period of time, adjusting
mortgage values to fair prices, restructuring existing
mortgages at appropriate interest rates and writing off
speculative debt obligations of mortgage-backed
securities, financial derivatives and other forms of
financial pyramid schemes that have brought the banking
system to the point of bankruptcy;
(2) Declare a moratorium on all home foreclosures for
the duration of the transitional period, allowing families
to retain their homes;
(3) Require affordable monthly home mortgage
payments, the equivalent of "rental payments," to be made
to designated banks for use as collateral in normal
lending practices for recapitalization of the banking
industry and to factor such affordable payments into new
mortgages thereby deflating the housing bubble,
establishing appropriate property valuation and reducing
fixed mortgage interest rates;
(4) Provide an interim period during which homeowners
may not be evicted from their homes and protection to
banks pending the resumption of traditional banking
functions, including serving local communities and
facilitating credit for investment in productive entities;
and
(5) Authorize state governors to administer the
implementation of programs, including provisions for
"rental" assessments payable to specific banks and with
provisions for necessary federal guarantees and credits to
assure successful transition....
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the
City Commission is hereby directed to transmit a true and
correct copy of the adopted resolution to members of the
United States Senate and the House of Representatives.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Commission of the
City of District Heights, Maryland this (Date, Month, and
