The pageant is held in Virginia Beach. It's very inexpensive so it's a good practice pageant for the off season. Some good winners pictured out of there including Rebecca Crosen (1st RU National Mrs) and Kimberly White Geremia (2007 Mrs CT International) and some others coming up on the radar.
