 Children's Cancer Fund of America helps children in this same situation all over the United States, and can help you too! Just call our toll free number 1-888-418-6062, and ask for an application to be mailed to your home. Fill out the short form, have a doctor or social worker sign it and return the application to our office by mail.(address located on application) Once the application is approved and processed we will gladly do what we can to help your family.
