To: Gerry, Keith, Tom, Willie & the rest of the committee
What a marvelous & soul searching retreat. You men are to be commended for
planning and overseeing an outstanding weekend.
Without recovery, we addicts self-destruct & destroy ourselves as well as our re-
lationships & all that we hold most dear. To establish & continue a viable
recovery process, we not only need meetings, a sponsor,etc, but also special
events such a Recovery Weekend.
Your hard work paid off with men from all walks of life looking deep, deep, down inside, &
sharing time after time about dreadful situations & how these situations have tortued their inner most beings.
There was a power greater than us all that was present & lifted the spirits of not only these men but all participants.
For this old cowboy there is nothing that compares with the acceptance & love shown to him during this retreat
Gerry, the little boy in me shall be forever grateful for the Hershey bars. You are such a kindhearted soul.
May The Great Spirit in the Big Country Sky bless all!
And lastly may I say,
