Subject: I have absolutely no problem with Raeanna winning Miss Wisconsin. She did everything right this week. She also gave an awesome acceptance speech at the coronation ball. However, there is no way . . . no way she should have won the overall evening gown award -- did not care for her gown at all. And there were others with an equal or better gown presentation than her. I am SOO glad they did not announce the overall interview winner (which was also Raeanna) and the overall evening gown winner before the final announcements. As it was, there really wasn't any suspense as to who was going to win this, but that certainly would made everything very anti-climatic.

I might also add that I felt Madeline's placement was completely out of whack. She was a Miss America vision walking on the stage in her white evening gown. Her talent gown, too, was breathtaking as was her performance. She also won the Miss America Academic award, so you know she's intelligent. I honestly think of the remaining top 4, she should have been 1st runner-up to Raeanna. (NT)No name23:45:17 06/21/14 Sat
