Crowning Beauties Pageants
Presents
Santa's Elves Christmas Pageant
December 2, 2017
Registration from 10am-12:30 pm
Pageant starts at 1pm

Entry Fee $40
(includes Christmas Wear and 3 age division optional)
Deadline is November 2nd
After this date Entry fee is $50.
Deposit of $20 is required and the remaining balance can be paid the day of the pageant.
Early bird discount. Get your entry fee in by Oct 20th entry fee is only $30!!

Welcome to our pageant system. We have been in pageantry for over 20 years. We have held and judged prelim and national level pageants. We award each and every child a beautiful crown along with other nice awards. No child will leave empty handed. Our goal is to have a fun and fair pageant for everyone. We try to go above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for you and your child(ren).

ATTIRE:
Attire for this pageant will be Christmas Wear. This means anything with a Christmas theme. Be creative and have fun with it. Christmas wear can be off the rack (store bought), custom made . You may do an addition Christmas wear for $15. The higher score will be used. This is a great chance to show off those cute and adorable Christmas Wear.

AGE DIVISON:
Boys:
Boys 0-23m, 2-4 years (if these age division receive a large amount of contestants will be divide them to small divisions)

Girls
0-6m, 7-12m, 13-23m, 2-3y, 4-5y, 6-7y, 8-9y, 1-12y, 13y and up

Elite Grand Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Grand Supreme and Age Division Supremes
We are awarding 4 Supreme Winners!! 0-5 Mini Supreme, 6 and up Mini Supreme, Grand Supreme and Elite Grand Supreme.
These titles are pulled from the highest score of the pageant. If you do not place in your age division this means you won a Mini, Grand or Elite Supreme title. We DO NOT double crown Supreme titles (Age Division, Mini, Grand or Elite)

Division Winners:
We will award one Division Supreme winner in each age group then runners up. Everyone will receive a crown and a nice gift.
Optionals:
We will award 3 optionals (this is included in your pageant fee) Optionals will be Most Handsome/Beautiful, Best Christmas Wear, Best Personality

We will be offering Overalls the day of the pageant. This will be the highest score over all the pageant. These overall supreme titles will be Overall Best Christmas Attire, Overall Most Handsome/Beautiful and Overall Best Personality/Model. Overall Supreme winners will receive a large beautiful crown and speical gift. (you can win this title and any other title)

Photogenic
$5
(this is an optional event you can enter. You can enter 1 photo for $5 or 3 phots for $10. There will be one Photogenic winner in each age divison)

Outfit of Choice
$20
This is a chance to be creative, dance, or show off a special talent! You get to chose your own outfit of choice (can be off the rack or custom made). We will award 2 Outfit of Choice Overall Winners. Winners will receive a large beautiful crown and a special gift.

Audience Favorite!!
$1 a vote!
Everyone loves this because they can show their support for their favorite contestant. Votes are just $1 each. You can vote from the start of the pageant up until we get ready to crown! One lucky winner will receive a VERY large and beautiful crown along with some special gifts! Tell your family, friends and everyone around you about this fun event and ask them to support you by voting ahead of time. Just collect their money and when you arrive at the pageant you can enter it.

Referral program. Refer 3 contestants with a paid deposit and you get your Entry fee paid!! They must tell us your name when paying their deposit.
We offer several ways to receive discounts!
Early Bird Discount. Get your deposit of $20 in by Oct 20th!!
We do offer sibling discount. First sibling gets in regular price and second sibling 1/2 off regular price.

Crowning Beauties Pageant System

Rules and other important information:
We have to the right to cancel/reduce/combine due to low numbers at deadline. Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated. Please bring cash only the day of the pageant. Checks will not be accepted. All judges decisions are final!! When entering a pageant you are paying for someone's opinion. We do make sure we use fair and honest judges. We will provide score sheets at the end of the pageant. We will be charging door admission. This helps to pay for the venue. Adults will be $6 and children under 12 is $3. We will be offering a food concession stand also.
