I have seen many aurorae in central Ontario. They are awesome!

The main point of this article is not that they have discovered something new, they have just gained an increased understanding of what is there already. It should produce awesome aurorae. Most of the ones I have seen have been green, but very occasionally I've seen ones with reds and blues, and sometiems very faint, whitish ones.
