No, she is getting married in June or July and will be moving to Germany to join her fiancé there, so she stopped looking for another job which gives her more time to nag :-(
The problem is that she is still young and haven't seen other work environments (this is her 2nd job and she stayed in the first one for only 4 months). She reminds me of myself when I got my first (and second, and third) job. You know that feeling that everything should be right and fair? Like when you think that if you work hard and achieved good results you will definitely be appreciated or even promoted?... you know.. when you are quite sure that it will be you who will get the next raise only to see your not-so-hard-working coquette colleague getting it?
That’s where all her resentment comes from. I keep telling her that our world is far from perfect or ideal but I guess she needs to learn that the hard way.
