I don't blame that sentiment one bit. A lot of people feel that way and I used to as well.

And I could be wrong, but I now believe what the Buddhists teach, which is that everything is perfect just as it is, and to reject that which we hate is to reject ourselves.

Now, I realize that that sentiment doesn't mean you *allow* the powers that be do whatever they want of course. I do believe in non-violent resistance and in educating others to what is happening.

That said, I also believe that anger and hatred (even hatred of evil) is an emotion that only makes things worse for the entire planet. Our emotions drive world events, even causing things to go in the opposite direction that we're aiming for.

But I wouldn't blame you if you don't buy into that argument.
