In a statement, the Crown Prosecution Service said: "Samina Malik was not prosecuted for writing poetry. Ms Malik was convicted of collecting information, without reasonable excuse, of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism."

What a wonderful way for the Evangelicals to get porn off the internet. They simply need to declare it a terrorist threat for potential rape. Or any political views in opposition to the majority could be considered terrorist. What a marvelous way to control the masses.

You are now able to be arrested, convicted and sentenced for having the "potential" to commit a crime. It is no longer necessary to actually commit the crime.
