Odd season, isn't it? I've found most people to be good-natured around here, but with it being Christmas I doubled my antidepressants (with my doctor's permission) and sailed through the season pretty well. As a religious holiday, I find it uplifting but as the season of meaningless gifts and overspending it just gets me down.

I want to hear "Hark, the Herald Angels" and I keep getting "Pa-rum-pum-pum-pum." Ick! (Rana, that's a reference to a particularly noxious, usually badly performed, secular Christmas Carol.)
