To be sure, he has had a lot of that lately. No wonder he is so damn cynical. He came into work one day recently and was informed that his full time contract was to be reduced to a fractional .7 contract. It is a damn shame the way they do that to people. Years ago he taught me history, and I enjoyed his lectures so much. He was the first teacher to ever open my eyes to how amazingly interesting history is. And that's the thanks he gets.
