not necessarily. no actors nor locations needed. all you need for this journalistic (?) piece of work is a researcher who may have been identical with the one who wrote the script and developed the thesis. the researcher just has to gather bits of visual footage available everywhere on all the media. the whole process will become even cheaper if you don't (have to) pay royalties for using the material.

plus a cutter/editor for the material. theoretically this could have been the same person as mentioned before.

all it costs then is the leisure time of that one or two persons. still though, of course it may have been a major team of idealists. the less people involved, the better things are kept secret.

in case the whole thing is NOT a journeyman's piece of counterintelligence disinformation, there are hints it was the work of a journalist, NOT a film-maker, scientist, lawyer or politician.

this may be the only costs attached to this project.

right. the formal ways for finding out resulted in several dead ends. very dead.

absolutely. If he makes a substantial amount of citizens listen/view and publicly ask and demand the unmasking of the lobbyists and their spinmeisters he will have mighty enemies for sure, at least in the u.s., great britain and germany. this could lead to impeachments or even violent rebellions.

i'll keep hanging on in there. i am becoming deeply absorbed in the issue.
