This is a beautiful custom made national level pageant dress. It is a combination of turqouise, white and blue. It is 2 pieces and comes with a matching hairbow and choker. Also, it is pictured with a detachable crinoline that I am also including. The dress has only been worn 3 times and the judges love it. I hate to depart with it, but my daughter is 5 and it is too short for her. I would say it is a great fit for a 3-4 year old. Measurements are: Skirt ----8 1/2 (not including the 2 inch elastic waistband), Side hem to side hem ----- 11, Shoulder to waist -----10 1/2, and top V to the end of the bottom V ---- 11.
